MediaAlpha Says CFO Intends to Resign

MediaAlpha Inc.’s finance chief intends to resign, the company said.
CFO Tigran Sinanyan intends to resign “to pursue a general management role with a privately-held company.” He intends to resign effective Oct. 1.
The company said Mr. Sinanyan confirmed his leaving isn’t due to any disagreement with MediaAlpha or the company’s independent auditors.
MediaAlpha, which affirmed its second-quarter and 2021 financial guidance, said it has started to look for a new finance chief. The company said Mr. Sinanyan will still be CFO and help with the transition over the next three months.
Class A shares were down 3.4% on low volume in after-hours trading to $36.03 a share.
